I wish my teeth were straight.
Oh, and I also wished our DECA score didnt suck.
Let me explain.
My friend and I did a written event so we had to write a 30 page paper and make a presentation. We spent SO many hours and sleepless nights working on it.
The maximum score was 100.
We got a 99.
We didn’t even place.
Why?
Because they said ours was too long and we got penalty points for it. Even though we looked back and it was exactly 30 pages.
Our advisor said that there might be something wrong, and I sure hope there is. Because I don’t want to go to nationals to get off of school for a week. I want to go to nationals to actually compete and show people what we did.
